Adamson, James

James Adamson is a missionary and sidewalk counselor who offers hope and help abortion

minded men and women in Central Florida. Alongside other faithful lay-ministers, James has

been a presence consistently for 6 years before he was called to serve in a greater capacity as

a local missionary through his church.

This particuar ministry focuses on providing crisis pregnancy resources to people seeking

abortion, daily gospel proclaimation, and walking through the pregnancy with every woman who

is willing to accept the help.

He has faced many hardships over the past year, including job termination due to his pro life

advocacy. Since then, he has started an exterior cleaning business that has gone a long way in

supporting his family and continues to grow.

James’ primary responsibility is serving as ministry coordinator. This involves organizing

volunteers to back up the committed group that is already there, maintaining relationships and

dialogue with local churches and crisis pregnancy centers, and personally staffing key days

himself.

This ministry requires much in terms of time commitment and causes emotional and spiritual

exhaustion. James makes it clear for volunteers that this is not something that every Christian is

called to participate in personally. That said, the Lord has blessed his efforts in coordinating

regular volunteers so that every day is covered.
